Spray your hair with a spray gel (Garnier Fructis has one). Then curl 1/2-1 inch sections of your hair with this..

You can get those at Target or Wal-Mart.
use a skinny rod hair curler and try to almost curl every individual strand of hair.
It takes a while, but who doesnt want to look like Taylor Swift?

Well my hair is naturally curly and I know I can pull it off so maybe you can too.
You have wavy hair so there might be a slight difference with your hair, but this is what I use.
1.wide tooth comb
2.wash your hair
3.dry the ends with a towel and not the whole head or else it will become frizzy
4. once you get out of the shower use "Garnier Fructis leave in conditioner"
