Taylor attended Katy Perry’s birthday party on the 24th and the theme of the party was Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. All the guests wear white until… Katy decided to have fun with neon paint. ^_^
The party looks fun and Taylor seems to have a great time as she tweeted:

Taylor also had fun with Julianne Hough, even wrote each other’ initials in their dresses.
