Actually, no she wouldn’t remind me of a Demon perse. I am picturing more of a Vampire, then a Demon. Like Victoria from Twilight Saga. Some people actually look great with long curly hair, pale skin, and bright unnatural colored eyes.
But if Taylor where going to get colored contacts, I would suggest to her either light purple or soft pink, maybe even an unnatural green because of her personality.
